Confirming your order
We confirm orders by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch. If we cannot reach you, or an order cannot be verified, we may hold or cancel it.
Cancelling your own order
- You can cancel or change an order free of charge before it is dispatched — just message us as soon as possible on +92 335 7714444.
- After dispatch, a cancellation is treated as a return under our Return & Exchange Policy; with COD you can also decline the parcel at delivery after the open-box check.
When we may cancel or refuse an order
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or hold any order, including where:
- The address or phone number is incomplete, incorrect or unreachable.
- We reasonably suspect fraud, a fake or bulk-reseller order, or abuse of promotions.
- There is a pricing or stock error, or the item is out of stock.
- The delivery location is outside our couriers’ serviceable areas.
Repeated refusals & COD abuse
Cash on Delivery relies on trust. If a customer repeatedly places COD orders and refuses or fails to accept delivery, we may require advance or partial payment for future orders, or decline to offer COD. This protects us from the two-way shipping cost of undelivered COD parcels.
Advance payment
At our discretion we may request a partial advance payment to confirm certain orders — for example high-value or bundle orders, deliveries to remote areas, or customers with a history of refused deliveries. Any advance is adjusted against your total and is refunded if we cancel the order.
