Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how money-back refunds work. It sits alongside our Return & Exchange Policy; please read them together.

Exchange first, refund on request

We offer exchange as the first and fastest option. If you would prefer your money back instead, you may request a refund within the 7-day window. All refunds are subject to the item being returned to our Lahore warehouse and passing inspection.

How much you get back

  • Item in re-sellable condition (or only minor courier box damage) — full refund of the product price.
  • Restorable wear/damage — refund of the product price minus the assessed repair/refurbishment cost, which we tell you before proceeding; you may instead have the item returned to you at your cost.
  • Not in re-sellable condition — not eligible for refund; the item is returned to you at your cost.
  • Delivery charges — the original delivery charge and your return-shipping cost are non-refundable, except where the item was defective or wrong (our mistake), in which case delivery is refunded too.

How refunds are paid

As most orders are Cash on Delivery, approved refunds are paid by bank transfer or to a mobile wallet (such as JazzCash or Easypaisa) using the account details you provide. For prepaid card orders, refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible.

Refund timeline

Once your return passes inspection and you’ve shared valid payment details, refunds are processed within 3–7 working days. Time for funds to appear may vary by bank or wallet.

Defective or wrong items

If the item was defective or incorrect (our mistake), you receive a full refund including delivery, or a free replacement — your choice — and we cover return shipping.
