Where we deliver

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan through reputable third-party courier partners (such as PostEx, Leopards, TCS or M&P). We currently do not ship internationally.

Delivery charges

A flat delivery charge of Rs.350 applies per order, shown at checkout, unless a promotion states otherwise.
Cash on Delivery (COD) — available nationwide; you pay the total (product + delivery) in cash to the courier at delivery.

Order confirmation & dispatch

To keep failed deliveries low, we confirm orders by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch. Please keep your number reachable.
If we cannot reach you to confirm within a reasonable time, your order may be delayed or cancelled.
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days of confirmation, subject to stock.

Delivery timelines

Estimated delivery is 2–5 working days after dispatch to major cities. Remote or far-flung areas may take up to 7 working days.
Timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by courier load, weather, public holidays, or events beyond our control.

Open-box: check your parcel before payment

Check the parcel before you pay. On Cash-on-Delivery orders you may open and inspect your parcel at delivery, in front of the courier, before paying — so you can confirm the product, size and colour are what you ordered. If it is wrong or damaged in transit, you may decline the parcel at the door and pay nothing. (Note: repeatedly ordering and refusing parcels may lead to the measures in our Order Cancellation & COD Policy.)

Receiving your order

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and, if required by the courier, sign for the parcel.
If no one is available, the courier may re-attempt delivery or hold the parcel; repeated failed attempts may result in the parcel being returned to us.
You are responsible for providing a complete, correct address and phone number. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address or unavailability may be re-shipped at an additional delivery charge.
