These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of durawalk.com and any purchase from Durawalk. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Return & Exchange Policy, Refund Policy and Medical Disclaimer, which are incorporated by reference.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to order from us. By ordering, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Products, descriptions & pricing

  • All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and, unless stated otherwise, exclude the delivery charge shown at checkout.
  • We try to display products, colours and materials accurately, but actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings, photography and natural material variation.
  • “Compare-at” or crossed-out prices indicate a promotional saving against our own reference price; they are not a claim about any other retailer’s price.
  • We may correct pricing or description errors, and change prices, products or offers, at any time before we accept your order.

Orders & when a contract forms

When you place an order you make an offer to buy. Your order is accepted — and a contract is formed — only when we confirm it (for example by WhatsApp/phone) or dispatch it, not when you click “place order.” Until then we may decline or cancel an order, including for the reasons in our Order Cancellation & COD Policy.

Cash on Delivery & payment

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is our primary payment method across Pakistan; you pay the courier in cash on delivery.
  • We operate an open-box policy: you may inspect the parcel at delivery before paying (see the Shipping & Delivery Policy).
  • We may, at our discretion, request partial advance payment for high-value orders, bundles, remote areas, or customers with a history of refused deliveries.

Shipping, returns & refunds

Delivery, returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, Return & Exchange Policy and Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

The Durawalk name, logo, “EST. 1980” branding, product names, designs, text, images and other site content are owned by or licensed to Durawalk and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without our written permission. Any third-party names or marks that may appear remain the property of their respective owners, and their use does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site — including placing fraudulent or fake orders, interfering with the site’s operation or security, scraping content, or using the Services for any unlawful purpose.

Reviews & user content

If you submit a review, photo, comment or other content, you confirm it is your own and accurate, and you grant Durawalk a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use and display it for marketing and on our channels. We may remove content that is false, offensive or infringing.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

  • The Services and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  • Comfort and wellness statements about our footwear are subject to our Medical / “Medicated” Disclaimer.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Durawalk is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any product claim is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes any right you have that cannot be excluded under applicable Pakistani consumer law.

Indemnity & force majeure

You agree to indemnify Durawalk against losses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including courier disruptions, strikes, natural disasters, or internet/utility outages.

Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, including the Contract Act 1872, the Sale of Goods Act 1930, and the Punjab Consumer Protection Act 2005 where applicable. The courts at Lahore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any non-excludable consumer rights.
